Have Your Party, Wedding, or Other Event at the Loveless Building!

The Loveless Building is owned and managed by the HPCA and is used for membership meetings and annual events.  It is also available to members of the Association and to the general public for weddings, parties, and other events.  The schedule of rental fees for a one day/night rental, including a cleaning fee, is as follows:

Multi-day rentals are available at a negotiated amount.

If you would like to rent the building, please contact the Building Rental Manager, Meredith Page, by phone at 301-452-1115 or by email at: cmpage52@gmail.com.  We require a written agreement (see sample) with a $100 deposit to save the date.  The balance is due when you receive the key on the date of your event.  There is also a $200 security deposit, payable by check only, that will be returned to you on the day after the event provided there is no damage to the building.  To pay the rental fee deposit and balance of rental fee with a credit card, please select the amount and click below:

If you will be selling alcoholic beverages at your event, it will be necessary to obtain a temporary liquor license.  The Building Rental Manager will assist you with this.

Building Information

Holland Point Citizens Association would like you to know that over the past few years we have done a lot of renovating to our community building at 919 Walnut Ave., Holland Point, MD.  It looks great and it is for rent. We hope you will consider it for a special occasion you might have coming up.

 

We have rented it for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, anniversary parties, birthday parties, community yard sales, meetings and fund raisers. How about a pizza party, movie night or awards banquet for your kid’s team sport?  We supply the tables and chairs and we can accommodate up to 175 people.

It is handicap accessible (ADA compliant) with a ramp and restroom. We have a full kitchen for you to cater your own function or to assist an outside caterer.  We have plenty of parking and, with weather permitting, it is a great place for an outside barbecue.

Our building is very reasonably priced and you can have a band or DJ and serve the beverage of your choice.  We also have a 65” HD TV that is a great addition for meetings by connecting your computer for a presentation or a slide show for a special occasion or to just gather for a sporting event.
